Company email (January 2023):
"I'm following up about your request below regarding La Braccesca to inform you that, as for now, our wines don't have any certifications available. For your info, Haras de Pirque wines (our Chilean estate located in Maipo Valley) are certified vegan.""

Company email (October 2019)
"thank you for your email, we are happy to inform you that in the processing of all our red wines we use animal ingredients (such as gelatine, isinglass, etc), but they don't remain in the final wine.

"For what concern the other ingredients (such as milk/lactose/casein, eggs) with the entry into force of the UE Regulation n. 579/2012, wine producers are obliged to declare the presence of allergens on the back label, meaning residuals of proteins in milk and eggs.

"We confirm you that derivatives of eggs, albumin and lysozime are not used in our production process.

"We will use, only in the white wines and if the quality of the grapes forces us, milk products, such as casein, but we'll always verify with analysis made in the blend phases and prior to release for consumption that there aren't any measurable residuals."
