"We use pea and vegetable based fining and flocking agents. On occasion we use purified volcanic clay as a protein flocking agent which contains no animal products. Our Wines are filtered through Crossflow filters using synthetic semi permeable membranes. So in short no animal products are used in the production of our wines. We only use minimal sulphurs and don’t add anything to our wines. Vineyards are sustainably run as well. No herbicides pesticides or fungicides and soils not routinely turned."
