"Actually, all our wines are worked in an organic viticulture and winemaking, with natural yeasts. The winemaking and then ageing is done in stainless steel tank without any additional process. A very light filtration on earth is done before bottling. As a result, we do not use during all the wine process any eggs or non-vegan products"
