"Thanks for your inquiry regarding any animal product usage in our wines. The answer is no we do not. The only wines we fine are our whites (Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay) for heat stability. The wines would be hazy if we did not, and the colloidal material from the haze to me tastes bitter. The fining agent we use for this is Bentonite, which is a Montmorillonite clay."
