"today I've visited a vineyard near my town, specifically in Raimat (Lleida, Spain). All the visitors have been told about the production processes, in which thousands of eggs are used to clarify red wines (egg white, while yolks go to rubbish or they are sold in the 'best' case). However, no animal substances are used in white and rosé wines."
