"Indeed, it was concerns similar to yours that we have been able to make subsequent vintages of our wines (since 2011) completely animal-product free.
"For fining, we now use Vegecol, a potato-based protein that is as efficient as albumin. You asked about the 2005, but all out wines from 2011 are suitable for vegans."
