"Yes, we do use fining products in our wines and these are done using traditional fining methods which includes egg whites or skim milk. Occasionally we use no fining products but this is only in perfect conditions and when the wine allows it. In fact we have not used any fining in our 2010 chardonnay but this wine has not been bottled yet. Also in one batch of our Sauvignon Blanc but this wine has sold out.
