"We use Rice Hulls when we press the grapes, as a press aid. For Primary Filtration we use D.E. [Diatomaceous Earth] and, for final filtration we use Cellulose Pads, and then at bottling we use a Micron .45 nominal filter for micro organisms. Please let me know if you need any further information. We do not add any animal products in any part of our process. We use grapes, water, sugar, yeast, natural and artificial flavors."
