"our wines don't contain any animal products. Not by choice. It's just the way things have worked out with our fining trials for past vintages. We crossflow filter all of our wines to 0.2 microns(sterile) and that would remove any of these animal fining agents anyway.....but no, we didn't use them in our past vintages."
