"Our Cask Ales do use Traditional Isinglass which is derived from fish .

"I have recently fined batches of cask to Beerwolf Books and Pilchard Press Alehouse with alternative finings making them Vegan on request.

"There are disadvantages to the Vegan Finings as they are chemical based, strip a small amount of flavour from the beer and take alot longer for publicans to rest bright, due to our fairly high yeast content.

"If you are a Patron of a specific pub in our area and want to drink our beer, we could always speak to the Landlord/Landlady and see if they would be happy to trial said Finings ..."
