"La contatto dall'Ufficio Qualità della Soc. Agr. Mastri Birrai Umbri per informarla che la nostra birra è un progetto che nasce dalla terra, da una filiera agricola italiana.

"In particolare utilizziamo ingredienti come acqua, malto d'orzo, malto di frumento, cerali non maltati (es. cicerchia, lenticchia e farro), luppolo, lievito e zucchero.

"La nostra birra è un prodotto artigianale, naturalmente non filtrato e non pastorizzato.
Detto ciò, però non abbiamo apposto alcun marchio vegan in etichetta."

[Translation: "I am contacting you from the Quality Office of Soc. Agr. Mastri Birrai Umbri to inform you that our beer is a project rooted in the land, born from an entirely Italian agricultural supply chain.

"Specifically, we use ingredients such as water, barley malt, wheat malt, unmalted grains (e.g., chickling vetch, lentils, and spelt), hops, yeast, and sugar.

"Our beer is an artisanal product, naturally unfiltered and unpasteurized.
