"We produce Vegan wines in Chile. My name is Matthew Ackland; Owner of Matthew Ackland Selections, Inc and The Gentleman's Match Wine Company. We are both the Producer and Sole Importer to the United States Markets of our wines.

Both myself and my partner Kira Boros are strict Vegans, and we have made every provision to ensure that our wines are made with Vegan Fining and Filtration methods.

I would like to list our wines below so that these can be added to your website, with a detailed analysis as to how we fine and filter our wines in accordance with Vegan winemaking philosophies:

1. Two Tuxedos Sauvignon Blanc, Central Valley, Chile (12.5% Abv) - Carrot Protein is used to filter our Sauvignon Blanc instead of Egg Whites (Albumen). Fining is minimal for our Sauvignon Blanc and Bentonite Clay is used to reduce cloudiness and provide clarity. A crisp, clean, refreshing style is what we aim to achieve and thus heavy-fining is avoided to ensure freshness without muted aromas/finish. We do not use any animal products in our winemaking practices. Fining is minimal

2. Kira Pinot Noir Reserve, Central Valley, Chile (13% ABV) - Green Pea powder used to bind colloids for Filtration. Potato Protein (Pattatin-K) used for fining and smoothing the body of this Pinot Noir. We do not use any animal products in our winemaking practices.

3. The Gentleman's Match Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Central Valley, Chile (14% ABV) - Green Pea powder used to bind colloids for Filtration. Potato Protein (Pattatin-K) used for fining, providing a smooth body and viscous finish . We do not use any animal products in our winemaking practices. "
