"If I do put anything non-vegan in the beer, it will say so on the label. Our first non-vegan beer in 5 years will be the Demeter’s Harvest(brewed with Honey) and it says so on the label as promised. We don’t regularly use clearing agents in the brewery, either, but you’ll find most breweries have switched to a silica based agent called Biofine Clear, which we have been known to use on stubborn beers that won’t clear properly for us."
