"Hi Nicole - thanks for reaching out! Currently, we do not claim any of our beers to be "vegan". This is mainly due to us not having all the necessary info for how malts/hops we source and use are grown, farmed and harvested. There may be a possibility that some of the above ingredients you stated are used at some point before we ever receive the malts/hops. Our stouts are not going to be vegan because we do add milk derived products to them when they are being brewed. We do use Biofine in some of our beers and I know we use the vegan version of that but as far as those hops and malts previously mentioned we're not 100% sure. It will certainly be a project to put on the backlog! In regards to the second question about manufacturing - we just have one brewery in Oceanside, CA and produce all of our beers in house.
