"We use milk products in the form of casein in our white wines and egg whites in our red wines. Both these products are used as a fining tool only, it takes out undesired tannins and phenolics in the wine. These products drop out in the wine before all our wine is send through crossflow filtration. All fining are used as an processing aid prior to filtration. All wine is being bottled at our own bottling facility on-site with no bottling done anywhere else."
