"We only use two process aids: Whirlfocc and Fermcap. Neither Whirlfocc or Fermcap contain any animal products, and we centrifuge our beer before running the beer into a Supradisc II filter. Also, we do not use any animal based ingredients in our beer.

"All of our beer is brewed, fermented, and packaged at our single facility in Fredericksburg, TX."
