"The beers that Hoyne Brewing makes that are 100% Vegan are our IPA, Finnegans Irish Stout, Voltage Espresso Stout, and soon to be a new beer (Hazy IPA). Many of our other offerings occasionally use gelatin as a natural clarifying agent. Please keep in mind that there is absolutely no trace of the gelatin left in the beer by the time it gets to the customer. Gelatin bonds with yeast and settles out of the beer prior to packaging. We are looking into a Vegan option for a clarifying agent, and because we are reluctant to putting any chemical additives into our beer, our search is for an all-natural agent."
