Company email (January 2021)
"While the brewery and our specific beers are not technically certified as vegan, most of our beers are made with zero animal ingredients. Additionally, we do not use any animal based processing products (no isinglas, gelatin, etc.). Also, I should note that all process equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each batch of beer.
"For any of our beers that are made with anything other than water, malt, hops, and yeast, the added ingredients are explicitly listed on the label. The two animal products that we use somewhat commonly in our beers are lactose and honey.
"All four of our year-round beers are free of any animal ingredients. That would be El Guapo, ODIS, Proper Lager, and Norfolk Canyon. If you have any questions about our ever changing lineup of seasonal and small-batch beers, we are glad to help!"
