"Pretty much all of our beers except for our sour are vegan. As a clarifier, we use a product called whirlfloc which is derived from a red algae. We do add yogurt into our sour as a source for the bacteria, but that is about it. We understand food restrictions and dietary choices so we try to be as transparent with our ingredients as possible."
