"The good news is that as of 2020 all of our wines are completely free of any animal products.

"Also all of our Red wines have been free of any animal products since I started working with Geoff in 2006.

"The white wines previous to 2020, some have an addition of skim milk as juice before fermentation to remove some bitter components that may be extracted from the grape skins during pressing. The amount used varies year to year and by variety. If you have questions on any particular wine to clarify of milk products where used let me know."
