"To answer your question, there are a couple beers that do contain lactose. These are all listed on our in house menus, but they are the Tangerine Dreamsicle and the Strawberry Cheesecake Sour. Some other ones that may be a concern for a nut allergy would be our Peanut Butter Porter and our Droconut Porter (Coconut). Everything else though is just water, yeast, barley, hops and organic fruits so you should be good there. We also use a vegan friendly clearing agent called Whirlfloc which is simply irish moss. To answer your last question, all of our beers are manufactured on site by myself so you won’t have to worry about any cross contamination."
