Anna notes [March 2019] that Sting of the Thorn is not vegan as it contains honey.

"All of our beers are "vegan" unless otherwise noted with adjuncts such as milk sugar, etc."

[None of the beers on their website list adjuncts, so it's hard to tell if there aren't any with animal products or they don't list them online. Leaving as unknown.]
