Sawtooth 2009 Merlot is Not Vegan Friendly

"All of our red wines are vegan as we do not use any fining agents in the process. For the white wines any vintage 2018 and newer i.e. 2019 and future 2020 are also vegan as we use bentonite (clay) as our fining agent for clarity vs. the other non-vegan friendly products on the market."

"All the white wine That I made at Sawtooth have a small amount of Isinglass in them for clarification. That would be 2008, 2009, 2010. All the reds I made, have no animal products in them,or by-products in them, except the 2009 RMerlot. I have no idea what the previous winemaker would have added. All the fermentations are natural."
