"No filtration is done on our beers, no additional chemicals at all. (I try to make everything as natural as possible)... Beets by Sinden Sour... is vegan friendly. This beer is a mixed fermented beer, the first fermentation is the souring process that uses Lactobacillus which is a bacteria that is commonly used in yogurt however I use a dairy free culture to drop the pH of the beer. The second fermentation is US-05 an american ale yeast.

"The rest of the ingredients are Hops, Water, Malt (Wheat and Barley) as well as freshly pureed beets that we process from whole."
