"Hattingley Valley does not use any animal-derived products in the production of its sparkling wines. 99.9% of our production is traditional method sparkling wine and is vegan friendly – we occasionally make one-off products such as still red or white wines and these may be subject to different fining techniques, but it is rare we would use an animal-based product unless there truly was no alternative. All our grapes come from English vineyards and are pressed, fermented, bottled and disgorged on site here in Hampshire."
