"While we have brewed beers with local honey in them in the past, we most certainly do not use 'Beef tongue'... we have a large vegan clientele and are proud to let people know that we offer products for all dietary restrictions."

Company email (April 2015):
"All but three of our beers are vegan. High Esteem and Rover are both brewed with local honey and Vulcan will require beef tongue every once in a while if we cannot obtain our preferred ingredients. Otherwise all of our beer bases are vegan. If a new seasonal beer or a cask contains any animal products, that ingredient will be prominently advertised."
