Torg Matchlock is Vegan Friendly

"Torg Brewery has no official vegan designation, but most of my recipes would fall into this category as they are brewed with water, grains, hops, and yeast. The only fining agent I currently use is Irish Moss. I am considering using Brewers Clarex, an enzyme added at fermentation to help reduce chill haze and gluten in beer. Brewer's Clarex is non-gmo, halal and kosher and I believe the enzyme is sourced from a fungus. I do make a milk stout which has lactose in it and currently do not have any recipes using honey, but could foresee using it in some styles."
