"We do not considerer ourselves a « vegan brewery » but we usually do not use any animal ingredients in our beers. The only beer in which we use an animal ingredient would be the Péché Latte, our milk stout version of our Péché Mortel (Imperial Coffee Stout). We don’t use products such as isinglass or gelatin."
