"Currently, the only beer we make that contains an animal product is our honey blonde. It uses honey. But is only sold at whole foods on tap in Park city, and occasionally in our taproom. The main thing breweries use that may contain animal products, as you pointed out, is finings. We use a product that is vegan friendly. No gelatin or ising glass, etc. It's a synthetic, silicon dioxide."
