"In our red wines organic egg whites are used as the only fining material in the reds. No other animal ingredients are used. Egg whites precipitate
immediately in the fining process and our wines have been tested at independent labs to ensure no residual egg particles are left in the wine. The testing shows no egg white particulates down to a level of ppb (parts
per billion)."
