"ALL of our beers are 100% vegan friendly. We package all our own product, and use no animal products in the beers, or in the processing of them whatsoever. Several of us here at the brewery are vegetarian/vegan as well, so that helps... We fine our beer with silica sol, not isinglass or gelatin. We have never made a milk stout which traditionally use lactose derived from milk. Our sour beers use lactobacillus cultured from grain as opposed to a "yoghurt" culture."
