"We do not use gelatin or isinglass. We use a product called Biofine clear which is purified solution of silicic acid mixed with water and it is vegan friendly... Two of our beers do contain honey which is our Off White Wit and our Erotic City. One of our beers, Uni Stout, contains uni roe so that is definitely not vegan friendly."
