"The only beer of ours that is NOT vegan is our Cup of Joe Freakshow because it has lactose. Our Burlesque Kolsch uses honey malt, but it doesn't have actual honey in it (it's just malted to bring out a honey-like sweetness). We also use a sodium silicate solution as a fining agent, which is also vegan-friendly."
