"As per our past reply to your question on the use of animal products in the production of our white cava "Dionysus Eco", we confirm do no use any animal product in the production of this cava. However, we also produce other wines in our facilities, like our 'Canals & Munné Prínceps' red wine, and use albumin (from egg white) for its clarification."
