"Caffrey's is not certified by the vegan society as being suitable for vegans. Isinglass finings are used during the brewing process. As you may be aware, finings are a traditional product and a natural raw material, that has been used in the process of clarifying beer and wine for thousands of years. It is one of the techniques used to ensure the bright and sparkling appearance that many consumers really appreciate."
