"we do not use gelatin or isinglass for fining our beers, nor do we use any animal or dairy products in any of our currently available beers. We use an enzyme derived from Aspergillus niger during fermentation to aid in the reduction of chill haze, followed by cold crashing and then filtration. Our filter media is 100% perlite and vegan friendly as well. Any future practices that may require finings we be conducted with a silicic acid product that is also vegan friendly and gets removed in the perlite filter media during filtration"
