"Currently, only one of our beers would not be considered vegan. Our Watermelon Bexarliner was soured using Lactobacillus from a yogurt culture (South Presa location). All other beers are free of animal products and not processed using any finings. We have a pub on the north side of town (Loop 1604) and the beer brewed there is also animal-free."
