Company email (November 2019) re Madama Butterfly Wildberry:
"...this drink is unfortunately not suitable for a vegan lifestyle."

Company email (April 2018) re Phantom River

"Animal products are allowed to use during the winemaking process. They may be used for clarification and fining of the wine, such as the gelatin, which is used for must clarification especially in the so-called flotation process. Not all wines, but we can not exclude that some of our wine suppliers use this method."

Company email (August 2016)

"Animal products are allowed to use during the winemaking process. They may be used for clarification and fining of the wine, such as the gelatin, which is used for must clarification especially in the so-called flotation process. Not all wines, but we can not exclude that some of our wine suppliers use this method. Gelatin completely fall out after using, and we can not detected it in the wine.

"Whether a wine can still be described as a vegetarian one, we must leave you. In our opinion, yes. Here in our cellars, we use mineral purification and filtration materials.

"Our organic range Biorebe and Landlust are suitable for vegan food, this is also signed on the labels."
