"No utilizamos ningún derivado animal, a excepción de la miel, que no consideramos producto animal, ya que es néctar de flores modificado por las enzimas que contiene la saliba de la abeja. ( La miel la empleamos en muy pequeñas cantidades y sólo para carbonatar en botella). Nuestra cerveza sólo contiene agua, maltas (cereales), lúpulos y levaduras. No filtramos la cerveza."
