"All of our beers are completely Vegan friendly!! During the process of brewing there are some added enzymes to control head retention clarity and yeast management. All of these are plant based products and are organic. Soon the beers will be Gluten friendly with a plant based enzymes that makes it gluten reduced to a millionth of a percent.

"La Jolla Brewing Company brews and kegs on site. We do not have a production brewery or bottling line as of yet.

"My brewing mantra is drinkability for everyone. Making beers that everyone can enjoy from the Novice beer drinkers to the Advanced beer nerds."
