Company email (May 2016):
"We only have a couple one off products that contain honey, however everything is fermented with live yeast. I'm not sure if that is considered an animal product or not but it is a live organism. Also, during the winter time, over at our Bethlehem location, we occasionally use gelatin as a fining agent for our products.

"We don't bottle anything from Bethlehem but the styles in the winter vary. Belgian are safe but the others vary. I'm trying to get away from using gelatin. We were successful last year but if we have a super cold winter I won't be able to get our typical fining agents in. Everything from Allentown (including bottled product) is good."

Company Email (circa 2010):
"We do not use any fining agents (Isinglass or Gelatin) our filtrations are done with Perlite(volcanic ash) and not Diotoms(D.E.). We do however occasionally use Honey but currently that is rare and if we do use it our labels will represent this.'
