"All of our beers are brewed using brewer’s yeast, so I’m not sure if our beers qualify as vegan. If yeast is ok to consume, please see below for a list of our beers that are ok for consumption:

"Below is some additional information, which may be helpful:
"We add calcium chloride and calcium sulfate at the beginning of the brewing process to adjust mash pH. We use whirlfloc (a fining agent derived from euchema cottonii) in our boil kettle to help with wort clarity. Our beer is filtered through a bed of food grade perlite and cellulose. We add a small amount of sodium erythrobate as an antioxidant just before filtration. The beer is then force carbonated using a food grade CO2."
