Le Grotte Lambrusco Reggiano Rosso is Not Vegan Friendly

"Lambrusco le grotte bianco (white), is suitable for vegans, it does not contain any animal ingredients such as milk, eggs, honey etc… Moreover we do not use animal products during the production process such as finings etc..

"On the contrary for le grotte Lambrusco Reggiano rosso (red), we use (when needed) gelatin as fining agent, which means that the gelatin it is not an ingredient, but it is used during the production process and enters in contact with the wine."

"We produce Concerto Lambrusco all in our winery. All the production process is carried on from the grape to the bottling internally.

This is the only wine that we sell to Quebec.

Of the material that you have indicated we use only gelatine as a fining operation."
