"I asked my daughter who is the winemaker and she says that there is no milk, eggs, honey, isinglass or gelatin.
We use the minimum amount of sulfites to preserve the wine.
It is all left natural as our fields.
In our fields, (36 acres) we have been certified organic since 1995."
