Company email (June 2015):
"I only use Potassium Caseinate on two wines, my Coquille Blanc White Rhone blend and my Wild Thing Rendezvous Rose. It helps to protect color from browning and takes off any bitter edges from these delicate wines. No other fining is done on any other wine we make."

Company email (February 2015):
"I was on your interesting site tonight and saw my wines! Thanks for putting them up, but I thought I would correct one of them. "Wild Thing" is like a second brand for me, and the Rose under that label is not vegan friendly but the Zinfandel (red) is vegan friendly, tho you show that it is not. Just thought I would clarify that."

Company email (December 2014):
"The only wines of mine that have any animal products in them are my Wild Thing Rendezvous Rose and my Coquille Blanc. They both are improved greatly (in both color/clarity and flavor) by a minimal addition of caseinate, which is derived from milk. It settles out and also is filtered before bottling, so I am sure there is no residual, but I did add some to those wines only."
