Tokar Estate Wine (2011 and earlier) is Not Vegan Friendly

"I try to keep the wines at Tokar Estate quite natural, avoiding the use fining agents or filtration. Since I took over as winemaker in 2012, the wines have not had any animal product added but I could not guarantee this will always be the case in the future. For me, fining agents are to be used in case of emergency only, and good thoughtful winemaking should be enough to avoid such emergencies.
All of Tokar Estate wines are made from grapes grown on the Tokar Estate and are Estate made and bottled."
