"Currently none of ours beer contain or use any animal products or by-products in production or processing. Most of our beers are made with only water, malted barley, hops, and yeast.

A few of our beers include special ingredients like chestnuts, molasses, pumpkin, vanilla extract, spices, etc. Our printed beer menus have all the ingredients of each beer listed.

I do use Irish Moss in the processing of one beer. Irish Moss is derived from a type of seaweed."
