"Yes, there is no fining for the Port. We just start the ferment, add alcohol to 18% and keep it ageing in old barrels. Simple as that."

"The only product we are using in our wines is milk powder, to fine the juice prior to fermentation.
Most of the current wine for sale have been fined with it, except the Frogmore creek Chardonnay 2013 ( not available until April-May)
None of the reds are fined so, they are suitable for vegans.
For the new 2014 vintage beginning soon, we won’t be using Milk powder anymore but a vegetable protein accredited for vegan user.
SO 100 % of our wines will be available for everybody."
