"As of last inquiries with our suppliers, yes [our beers are vegan!]... [When asked about Feather Weather Mocha Stout] Good catch, we are going to brew this again in January so you are correct on that exclusion."

I would say that unless the ingredient has been called out (such as lactose), we meet the definition. Some hazy styles also use lactose but we tend to avoid that, unless called out on label.
