Company email (August 2013):
"I just spoke with our winemaker and he does not use any animal ingredients in the making /processing of current Aces wine products. Egg white fining was used in the processing of the 2007 and 2009 Aces “Pocket Kings” red wine and of course bees will naturally pollinate the blossoms in our vineyards each spring as I’m sure you are aware"
[Thank-you for your response. Just to clarify 2010 Flush Bush, 2010 Seven Deuce White, 2009 Seven Deuce Red and 2007 Pocket Aces Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve on your website would be considered vegan?]
"The 2007 Pocket Aces Reserve also used egg whites in the filtering process. The other wines, Bush and 7/2 red & white can all be considered vegan."
